Crowdwiz.io ( further on : Site) is open to everyone. You are invited to submit articles, post comments and visit the Site. By using the Site, you expressly acknowledge and agree that any use of the Site will be in accordance with these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, you may not use the Site. The Site reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time and will publish notifications of material modifications at its sole discretion. By continuing to access the Site after notice of such modifications have been published, you signify your agreement to be bound by them.

Copyright Policy

The Site has instituted procedures to receive written notification of claimed infringements and to process such claims in accordance with the DMCA. If you believe your copyrights are being infringed, please fill out the Notice of Infringement form below and send us an email.

Indemnification

Content Contributors

The site publishes user contributed content in the form of blog posts and comments. By providing blog posts, comments or other content to the site, contributors agree to the following conditions of use:

• Crowdwiz reserves the right to not publish contributed content at our discretion.

•  Crowdwiz will always properly attribute all content in its full form or when excerpted at length (according to the guidelines of fair use) to the author.

• Crowdwiz  reserves the right to set fonts and styles, adjust image alignments, and otherwise alter post layout to ensure that posts comply with our global site styling.
• From time to time, Crowdwiz may need to display summary versions of contributed content. In such cases, we may edit posts in summary form. Such summaries will always contain a link to the full and unaltered post. In such circumstances,  Crowdwiz will always strive to preserve the original meaning and intent of the content.
• Crowdwiz reserves the right to edit post headlines for clarity or search engine optimization (keyword inclusion).
